Ashley’s journey in the financial services industry began in 2006, when she joined MetLife in Michigan shortly after graduating from university. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience across various jurisdictions, regulatory landscapes, investment products, and custodial platforms. Her passion for wealth planning was ignited in 2011 when she earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation, a milestone that solidified her commitment to helping clients strategically plan for their financial futures.
Her professional path has been uniquely shaped by her experiences as an expat. Originally from Flint, Michigan, Ashley moved to the UK in 2009 and quickly became a key member of MASECO Private Wealth in London in 2010. After seven successful years in the UK, she relocated to Hong Kong in 2016, where she helped co-found the MASECO Asia office. With an in-depth understanding of the complexities of cross-border wealth management, Ashley excels in navigating intricate financial landscapes to provide clarity and solutions for her clients.
Beyond her expertise, Ashley is a passionate advocate for advancing women’s financial literacy. She regularly speaks to women’s groups, breaking down the complexities of wealth planning and empowering women to take control of their financial futures.

Like many working moms, Ashley skillfully balances her demanding career with family life. As a mother to five daughters—ranging in age from 3 to 25—Ashley’s home is never short on energy and activity, keeping her on her toes at all times!
When she’s not navigating the demands of work or family, Ashley is an avid traveler with a deep passion for exploring new cultures and destinations. Having lived on three continents, she thrives on discovering new places, engaging in exotic adventures, and savoring local cuisines.
In her downtime, Ashley enjoys unwinding with her husband over a game of backgammon and their favorite music. A true fitness enthusiast, Ashley enjoys staying active through tennis and hiking, both of which allow her to connect with nature and stay energized. She also loves reading, cooking, and knitting, all of which help her recharge and foster her creative side.
