Our brand has a strong presence in Asia, the US, Europe and the UK (due in part to our sister company, MASECO Private Wealth, which is headquartered in London). We are continuing to expand our reach. Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds and have different investment and planning needs, but they all share one thing in common – they want to preserve and grow their wealth.

MASECO provides tailor-made investment solutions to help our clients achieve their financial goals wherever they reside. We work with each client individually to understand their unique circumstances and create a bespoke investment plan that meets their specific needs. Our fees are tiered based on the amount of assets under management, so the more you invest with us, the lower your percentage fee rate.

At MASECO Financial Planning is a core part of the Discretionary Asset Management Service. We are thought leaders in US/expat wealth planning. Our clients benefit from our wealth managers having over 20 years of practical experience in creating wealth structures and strategies for US and global families.

We believe that investment decisions should be guided by the wealth of academic and empirical evidence available to us. It is this disciplined focus that provides the central investment principle of MASECO.

If you are interested in our Discretionary Asset Management service, there is an investment minimum of $500k, though in some cases we may consider taking on clients who don’t meet the minimum. If you transition to MASECO, your existing portfolio will be managed in accordance with our investment philosophy and process. This means that your investments will be monitored and managed on an ongoing basis in line with your agreed risk appetite, objectives, and tax status. Where necessary, we may make changes to your portfolio to align it with our investment views, or as your circumstances change. However, we will always communicate any proposed changes with you, so you stay informed.

MASECO is regulated by the Securities Exchange commission (SEC) as well as the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). This means we can advise you whether you choose to reside in the US or in Hong Kong. Additionally, our investments are tax efficient in the US and HK, offering you the flexibility to reside where you prefer without any tax concerns regarding your investments.

MASECO is a wealth management firm and does not provide tax advice to its clients. However, we work with several specialist tax advisers who can assist our clients with their tax affairs.
